• Are you afraid your kids will grow up hating their bodies?
  • Do you feel paralyzed at how to actually teach children the “right” way to approach food?
  • Do you worry that you’re not modeling how to accept your body in front of your kids?
  • Are you afraid that no matter what you do, your child will internalize the media’s message that “thinner is better”?
  • Do you fear you’ll pass your own “issues” around eating and weight on to your children?
  • Has your child made comments about body or food and you’re afraid you don’t know how to address it correctly?
  • Do you feel anxiety thinking about your kids facing social media and societal messaging around weight and body image?

Plenty 🙂

Hi! I’m Jenn Hand and it is my life’s work to teach others how to free themselves from the shackles of food obsession, a lifetime of dieting, and body hatred.

I spent over 13 years living in a diet prison, obsessing over every morsel that went into my mouth. I hated my body, despised my reflection, and spent every waking moment thinking about how I could “fix” my body.

For the last 5 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to feel “normal” around food and to make peace with their bodies.

And I’ve gotten question after question, concern after concern:

How do I teach my kids this so they don’t struggle?

This is the answer to that question.

Plenty 🙂

This is the answer.

Where the next generation grows up loving their bodies and dieting isn’t a “thing."

They’re confident in their skin, unaffected by the media’s messages around body perfection.

They radiate confidence in their size, no matter what weight they are.

They intuitively know how to eat and trust their own body’s messages.

They don’t develop eating disorders, they don’t diet, and they don’t spend a lifetime in an endless weight gain/weight loss cycle.

They show up in this world as themselves; they know their innate enough-ness and we begin to break this obsession with food and body.

Is this our current reality?

Not yet.

But it can be.

How?

By impacting our future generation one child at a time.

It’s our responsibility to show our next generation just how important it is to love their bodies and eat in a way that’s nourishing.

When you change the way you teach kids how to be around food and body, you change the world.

Is this just for female children?

Nope! This is for any children that are currently in your life. These principles are not gender specific. While boys and girls may face different societal ideals, the principles are the same!

What if I'm not where I want to be around food/body?

This training is still super valuable. In the process of learning how to teach others, you completely change your OWN relationship to food/body/weight.

What if I’m not a mom?

This series is for anyone that is interested in having the tools and resources to impact kids: moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, teachers, mentors, etc.

What ages does this course apply to?

The principles I teach are for ages 4 and up. I have specific exercise in the workbook for different age groups and genders (where applicable). If you have kids that are younger (or don't have kids at all), this information is still highly valuable.

I’m super busy right now. What if I don’t have time to go through all of the material each week?

A training will be delivered each week, but it's up to you when to start. You have this content forever and you can do the work at your own pace in your own time. Often the material is worth listening to multiple times, as each time you usually "hear" something new.

What can I expect from the course?

Inspired, educational, transformative content that will give you the tools and resources to not only change YOUR relationship with food and body, but the next generation's as well!
