When I was working on my "food stuff", I didn't understand HOW to make food decisions.
I had spent so long dieting or bingeing that I had no clue what to eat (or how much).
I’d beg my therapist to tell me what she ate.
I needed to know if I was doing it "right".
My mind was filled with rules and shoulds about what I was supposed to eat.
I would either be really "good" (aka healthy) or I'd be off the rails, allowing myself whatever I wanted.
What did the middle look like?

I had no clue.
So I experimented.
Through food anxiety and fear, through "mistakes" and lessons, I kept fine tuning how to make food choices.
And now I'm here to show you how to make YOUR own food decisions!
