I’ve tried so many things it’s truly hard for me to believe I can make peace with food.
Is that a question? ;) JK. I get it. I woke up every day for many years with doubt in my mind about anything working. Everything I had done had failed. Here's why this works: because it's not a diet. Because there's nothing to go on or off. Because you can't mess it up. These 30 days will be about shifting habits, unlearning patterns and tackling the real reasons why we eat. This is where the lasting change comes from!
What if I fall behind on the videos?
There will be plenty of time for catch up built into the challenge! There's no behind ;)
Will you be telling me what to eat?
Nope. If you are familiar with my work, I never give specific food plans. Instead, I help you learn how to find what is best for YOU.
Has this been offered before?
Yes--I ran this challenge in the Fall of 2020 and 2021. It's now a self-paced challenge that's offered.
If you done my other challenges, this is separate with different information and tools.
Something to note--I read the same books and did the same "work" on the same topics over and over and over. They say you need to hear something at least 7 times before it sticks. Also, each time you hear the information you are at a different point in your journey, able to hear things differently!
Is this for overeating at anytime or just at night? (Weekends, afternoon, etc).
These concepts can be practiced for anytime of day or night. Overeating at night is just usually the most common struggle.
I have a lot on my plate with work and homeschooling. What if I don't have time?
This is designed to fit INTO your life instead of having it be a chore. The videos are short and actionable, designed for even the busiest of people :) The videos are spread out to give you more time to digest them.
